July Celtic service

The Celtic service will be held in St Thomas' centre, PenYCae at 7pm on Wednesday 6th July 2022 (06/07/2022). We are hopinng for nice weather so that the event is able to be held outside. More information can be seen on our social media pages.

Notices for 1st May 2022

Covid restrictions have been eased again as from Easter Sunday. Communion is now offered in both kinds (bread and wine) but of course it is a personal decision whether you receive in both kinds. Masks do not have to be worn but again individuals can choose to continue with them. Palm Sunday 10th April. Palm Sunday procession in Ruabon meeting at the welfare hall at 9:30am followed by a non eucharist service of the passion at 10am in St Mary's. Hot cross buns in the church hall after the service.

Notices for 3rd April 2022

Covid restrictions have been eased again as from Monday 28th March. Masks do not have to be worn but of course individuals can choose to continue with them. It is hoped that by Easter Sunday we will be receiving communion in both kinds (bread and wine) but again you may wish to continue just receiving in one kind.Future dates: 3rd April: Baptism of Alys Ffion at 2pm at St Mary’s Monday 11th April: Easter Vestry for All Saint’s at 7pm. Visit to Pennant Melangell on 13th April (Wednesday of Holy Week) The coach is now full leaving 9.30am Ruabon and 9.50am Chirk-outside churches. 17th April (Easter Sunday): Baptism of Ella Rose at 1pm at St Mary’s Please see separate Holy Week programme. There will be an opportunity to walk from Llangynog (approx. 45 minutes) but the coach will be going all the way to Pennant Melangell.
